Description from Gamewornauctions:

This road white air-knit gamer by Reebok was worn by Ty Conklin during the 2007-08 Stanley Cup Finals. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire, this Eagle River, AK native began his professional career with the Edmonton Oilers in 2001-02. After 3 seasons between the pipes for the Oilers, Conklin went on to play for the Blue Jackets, Sabres, Penguins, Red Wings and Blues. Ty made three trips to the Cup Finals in 2006, 2008 and 2009, all of them losing efforts.

Sewn to the right breast of this gamer is the 2008 Stanley Cup Finals patch. Sewn to the right shoulder is the City of Pittsburgh 250-year anniversary patch. Light but obvious pre-game use exists of this sweater as Conklin served as Fleury’s back up during the Cup Finals. On the fight strap is a black sharpie signature in the equipment man’s own hand. A Stanley Cup Finals patch is sewn to the fight strap. Sewn to the inside hem is the official Pittsburgh Penguins game worn jersey and Stanley Cup Finals set tagging. This jersey will be accompanied by a Penguins team letter.
