Description: This amazing Tony Esposito jersey was worn during the 1977-78 season and still features the original nameplate, which is rare for these jerseys. The wear is nice with a couple team repairs including a few to the edging of the numbers and one on the right sleeve/shoulder. There also appears to have some blood staining on the left hem. The jersey is perfectly photomatched to the image below, where the inconsistencies in the chain stitched logo on the right shoulder and the sleeve numbers match up perfectly. An amazing jersey from a three time Vezina winner that I am extremely happy to have in my collection.
